As CIO, Max takes care of software and AI. After studying at the DHBW in the group, he spent around 7 years at TRUMPF.
Julia Seyb
Marketing & Sales Specialist
After studying in Tuebingen, Julia is now taking care of Marketing and Sales topics. Before, she gained experience in the automotive and optics industries.
Hans Fuchs
Full-Stack Software Developer
After studying applied computer science, Hans gained experience as a software developer in the IT industry. At Optimate, he takes on the role of a full-stack software developer.
André Tebart

After studying Computer Science at the RWTH Aachen, André worked for several years as a software developer for interactive management systems (quality management). At Optimate, André complements our team and will take care of all software topics together with Hans and Max.
Patrick Klein

Patrick is a professional in his field, with his years of sales experience in the area of sheet metal working. Through his training as a technical business economist, he brings in a professional understanding for the (sheet) metal industry and thus perfectly complements our team.
